Rules & Etiquette
For everyone's enjoyment, please review the Rules & Regulations for Timber Run Reserve.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests visiting Timber Run Reserve.

Respect for Nature and Wildlife
Our gardens are home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, marmots, bears, coyotes, and snakes. To maintain the natural balance and beauty of the surroundings, please refrain from leaving food at gravesites overnight. Food may be placed ceremonially, but any leftovers must be removed promptly.

Floral Tributes
Cut flowers are welcome at gravesites year-round. We provide recycled vases for your convenience. Artificial flowers may be placed from November 1st to April 1st, ensuring that our gardens remain vibrant even during the colder months. Any artificial flowers left out of season will be temporarily kept for retrieval by the family.

Decorative Items
Framed pictures, statuary, and potted plants are permitted with prior approval from Timber Run Reserve for up to 30-days. These items must be smaller than 5”x5”. Certain items, such as sports memorabilia, stuffed animals, flags, and ornaments, may be left temporarily after burial or placement of ashes but will be picked up by the family, these items will be removed and discarded after 30-days. To preserve the natural beauty of our grounds, certain items like fences, rocks, garden stakes, solar lights, pinwheels, furniture and glass/ceramic vases are prohibited.

Holiday Decorations
Holiday decorations may remain in place for up to two weeks after the holiday, allowing families to honor special occasions with their loved ones.

Landscaping
All plantings and landscaping are managed by Timber Run Reserve to ensure harmony with the environment. Special requests for specific plants or trees must undergo a review process to maintain the integrity of our gardens.

Driving Etiquette:
Please maintain slow speeds when driving throughout the gardens to ensure the safety of pedestrians and wildlife.

Non-Smoking Policy
Timber Run Reserve is a non-smoking/vaping facility, providing a clean and healthy environment for all visitors.

Personal Belongings
While we strive to provide a safe environment, Timber Run Reserve is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Inscription Designs
Inscriptions on any monument or memorial within Timber Run Reserve must conform to the pre-approved styles and fonts selected by TRR. Any proposed changes to inscription designs are subject to approval by management.

Cremated Pet Remains
TRR permits the interment of cremated remains of pets, subject to approval. The placement of cremated pet remains will be undertaken by Timber Run Reserve staff, contingent upon available space in the designated interment site.

Documentation and Fees
All pet placements, including the interment of cremated remains, shall be thoroughly documented in accordance with TRR's established procedures. Additionally, pet interments may necessitate the payment of an Open and Close fee as determined by TRR.
